Originally designed to be a commercial space by renowned architects Schwartz & Gross, the work was masterfully restored by Helpern Architects.
Clad in clay ornaments, the building offers its occupants a view of the iconic works such as the Flatiron Building, the MetLife Tower Clock, the Empire State Building or even sunsets over the colorful scenery of Madison Square Park. At your feet, the lights of the city that never sleeps are constantly changing.
Each apartment in NYC's Most Pwerful Address is considered an inspiring and modern celebration of space, light and design. The development was carried out by the company Pembrooke & Ives.
Depending on the number of rooms, the residences are arranged differently. The four-bedroom apartments feature a galley-style kitchen with Calacatta marble countertops, custom molded wood cabinets and state-of-the-art appliances.
The living areas have been decorated with marble or solid oak floors. Private "quarters" are separated to promote a feeling of personal isolation. The elegant custom brass door handles are made from a Walter Gropius design. The bathrooms are both modern and relaxing. They are adorned with polished stone floors, Carrara marble walls and gray marble tiles in the suites. The baths, surrounded by an opaque glass and white lacquered cabinets, are arranged in all the bathrooms "guest".
